Kansas Parenting Plan Document

This is a form that is needed with a final divorce decree. It is only needed when there are minor children involved.

  • It is also useful for talks between separating parents.
    • It can help you create a parenting plan during the separation.
  • When an agreement is reached between the parents, Kansas law enforces that agreement upon request to a District Court.

This document was adapted from a fillable PDF on the Kansas Judicial Council website.

We have also included a document with other provisions you may want to include.
